HOW IT WORKS
Because we're in your property regularly for turnovers, we'll let you know if we notice something that needs attention; a loose fitting, a dripping tap. Where it's a handyperson job, we can arrange to put it right. Timing depends on the work involved and availability, and we'll always agree it with you first
✓ Fixing or replacing toilet seats, door handles, hinges and fittings
✓ Re-sealing bath and shower silicone
✓ Putting up shelves, hooks, blinds and mirrors
✓ Touch-up painting, filling small holes, minor tiling and grouting
